Pillow Sizing and inserts

Please note that All Pillows are sold as covers only and do not include inserts. This is partly because there is not enough space to house the additional inventory, but also because different people like to use different materials for different reasons... The size of the pillows listed in the description represents the size of the insert they were made for and pictured with. The actual pillow cover dimensions will be a bit smaller for a better fit. It may be worth noting that all pillows are shown with down/feather inserts and may have a different appearance  with a different type of insert.

If you like to use down and have access to an IKEA (sadly they do not ship), we love their Fjadrar down pillow inserts which come in 20"($5.99),  26" ($9.99) and 26" x 16" lumbar ($6.99). Or for organic options and great down alternatives, check out www.coyuchi.com. and of course there are a plethora of options on Amazon or other local or online stores found through your search engine of choice. Just wanted to recommend two of our favorites, IKEA and Coyuchi...

inventory & custom orders

If you try to purchase an item (thank you!) and get a notice saying, "Unable to purchase item. Sorry, that item is out of stock" it means someone else has already bought it and we have not had a chance to remove it from the shop page yet. However, if you see something you like that is no longer available, we can most likely remake something close to it. It will not be exactly the same as each pillow is a one off and individually made, but we can follow the same process and therefore it will be very similar. And on that note, I love doing custom orders and collaborations. If you like a particular style you see in the store or on Instagram (Myer.SF) but want to try it in a different fabric or color combination, or have any other ideas, contact - myersf.hello@gmail.com - and lets discuss! 

FABRIC CARE

As with any fabrics, cold hand washing and air dry will better preserve your materials but in most cases the pillows are fully machine washer/dryer safe and have been prewashed prior to shipping. In some instances, such as mud cloths and wools, spot cleaning only is recommended. Please refer to their individual descriptions for specific care guidelines.

Shipping

All US domestic shipping is complimentary and items are shipped via ups or USPs within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will be provided with an email notification and tracking number. Please make sure the address you provide is correct. In an instance where we've decided to accept a return or exchange, customer is responsible for return shipping. We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or address.

Returns

Great care is taken to photograph and describe each item in detail. Keep in mind that image color may appear differently according to your computer screen. Please purchase seriously and reach out with any questions prior to purchase. In general, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges except in the case where a mistake was ours and could not be corrected. Please contact -myersf.hello@gmail.com -  within 3 days of receipt to remedy your situation.  If a return is accepted, the item must be returned in its original, new, unused, and un-laundered condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.  Please note that these are all handmade items and some imperfections are characteristic and a contributing factor to what makes an item unique.
